  • I've had Cox for years with few problems. Recently I moved and suddenly the cable and Internet go out EVERY DAY. So, I do the usual unplug everything and reset it all. It's time consuming and interrupts whatever you are doing/watching but sometimes works. Other times they can be out for hours, days a couple of times. So now I've taken time off work 2 times for techs to come. One just left everything was working fine. But 10 min later it's out again... I don't recommend cox on the southwest area.
