rev:text	This review is specifically for Sabrina, the hairstylist. As much as I wanted to become a loyal customer of this salon, I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I called for a wax appointment and was the last appointment of the day, while I was excited to be there and mentioned making an appointment for my mom the wax service felt rushed. The wax was not a good wax...sadly. I got my eyebrows and sideburns waxed and on 1 side of the sideburn you could see the strip of where the I was waxed, no clean up around the area. I've done a better job myself with store bought wax strips. Despite my bad experience with poor service I kept my moms haircut appointment in hope that Sabrina would fix the bad wax job... bad move. The haircut appointment was at 5PM, the receptionist calls me at 3 PM the day of the appointment to ask if I could move my appointment for 3PM, in other words drop everything I'm doing and take my mom for her hair appointment. This lacks a bit of professionalism and consideration to customers. In the past when my hairstylist have had to reschedule (I get it people have lives and things happen) the hairstylist calls herself. I tell her I cant take my mom in at that exact moment but if we can push it for a closer time I am willing to do that. The receptionist says she needs to check with Sabrina to see if she can 'accommodate my request", minutes later she calls and says Sabrina is unable to take the appointment originally scheduled or 'accommodate' for a better time. Needless to say this wasn't a good experience and I wont be coming back or recommending this place.
