  • I came today with 3 kids and signed up for a membership because it was a super good deal. It was so hot my kids asked to go home after 15 minutes. The staff said the air can't be adjusted and is broken, they said the manager is aware and hasn't fixed yet. The thermostat said 83 degrees. One of my kiddos got so sweaty in the first 5 min that her legs were sticking to the slides which resulted in rug burn type cuts on the back of her legs. I asked for bandaids and the staff said they only had tiny ones which didn't cover even a 1/10 of burn. They said manager hasn't gotten anymore. I'm really shocked with how this place is run, they had no socks for sale so my kids came in barefoot. Seems to have lots of health risks here. We also didn't sign one waiver or form even when I signed up for a monthly membership. Seems strange. We are going to cancel this membership.
