The merlot that they offer on their wine menu is very good and worth the $15/glass.
As for the quality and value of their NY strip steak and Yellow-tail appetizer, I gave this place 2 stars (experienced much better). Where this restaurant shines is in their sauces. I found the dishes flavorful but the dishes lacked proper execution. The NY strip steak ($54) that I ordered was well seasoned from the bone marrow but was served lukewarm and it was not seared enough to give it that nice charred flavor and texture. And the la ratte potato had the texture of thick glue/paste - which made it unappetizing for me.
As for the yellow-tail appetizer ($22), it was thinly sliced and there were maybe only 2 ounce of fish (see pic). One word to describe this dish would be - overpriced!!
If you are going to charge more for your food, at least train your staff to provide better service.
With so many better quality and value and excellent service restaurants in Las Vegas, I would not return nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.
