  • As a person who's nightmares are made of lice, it was terrifying news to pick my daughter up from school today and find out she had her first case of head lice. My first instinct was pure panic! After I collected myself, I called Melanie. She was so friendly and calming. Even though she was on a family vacation, she walked me threw the whole process. She talked to me three times from beginning to end, left me with the knowledge of how to check and prevent my family from future infestation and told me I could call her if I had any future concerns or questions. I honestly feel like I would still be in a state of panic if it wasn't for her. Thank you so much Melanie!!
