  • Run in the other direction is all I can say. I would agree whole-heartedly with some of the other reviewers who say that this office is just one that runs as many patients through as possible with no care about patients time. Appointment times mean absolutely nothing. My last two appointments were 1 hr and 45 minutes late and 1 hr and 20 minutes late. No one takes responsibility or keeps anyone informed of how long waits will be, patients are just expected to sit and wait in the waiting room. Many were upset today with delays but nobody but me said anything to the staff. Dr. Lee is a nice person and doctor but not worth these type of delays. I have never had this type of delay in any doctors office before. I understand delays happen but not on a regular basis, then it is scheduling to many patients to be able to handle the load of the day. As an FYI my appointment was 3 hrs after they opened their doors so in less than that time, they were that late. I wish I could bill them for my time. My advice would be to bypass this office and find another.
