  • Dear Michael Fayer, (salesman in the video game department) You're a jerk. You were rude. You rolled your eyes at me and my husband. We asked you one simple question about the PlayStation VR and it required a simple answer. We informed you the website had the PlayStation VR was in stock and you rolled your eyes. Because of you, we left and decided to make the rest of our Christmas purchases elsewhere. Remember, you wanted that job. You applied. You sat in an interview and tried hard to win that spot. You got it and treat your customers like shit. Don't like your job... FIND A NEW ONE! This store has lost a lot of customers. Not busy like it was once before. Not sure what it is. FYI don't trust the website when it says something is in stock. Don't waste your time.
