  • How much do I love Madison Sourdough? Welllllll, I went two days in a row and ordered the same thing both times. Yup. My first visit was on a sunny Wednesday morning, and I met the lovely Stacey L here for some breakfast and work on our laptops. The first thing I noticed was the gorgeous patio, but once I made my way inside, I was in awe of the amount of natural light that was pouring in. There's an adorable breakfast bar, tons of seating, and the vibe was happy and cheerful. It's going to be hard to ignore all of the pastries. But I believe in you - you can do it. If I have one recommendation, it's to order the Baker's Breakfast. I legit had it two mornings in a row and it was just so satisfying and well done! This gorgeous plate is loaded with shaved smoked ham, two eggs over easy, a side salad, a baguette, and European butter. Yeeeeeah. What could be a better start to the day?! The coffee was strong, the cookie I finally caved in and bought was delightful, and I'm just crazy about this place. I will 100% be returning on my next trip to Madison!
