  • I would give it zero stars if I could. We drove 30 minutes just to get my sister a Bundt cake on her birthday. The rude woman at the desk wouldn't give her her birthday dessert because she needed an official "ID", even though she had the email which had her name on it. I told her she was 15 and she continues to stare me down while not saying anything. Didn't bring cash so my daughter cried the whole way home- sad situation on her birthday. It hasn't been just this time either, the people working there are always cranky and rude to their potential customers. Also, don't take one of the free samples because you will get an angry look or comment. PLEASE save your money and take your money to a more appreciative and welcoming business. The cakes are decent but pricey and quite frankly not worth all the suffering you go through to get one.
