  • If I could give a negotiate star this guy with my same name would get no stars. I guess being 5o and working the night shift says a lot about someone. He was so rude. He told me that I had to take the insurance or I was at risk.... Really Then he went on to tell me that if the car was not completely filled up upon return it would be 9.95 per gallon. He then went on to tell me that absolutely no one else could drive the car. He was such an ass I could not believe it, my friend who was with me had never seen anything like it. #hertz
