rev:text	Horrible customer service...i inherited a 2014 Ford Raptor from my late uncle...although the truck is very nice and fast I'm just not a truck guy... Went to Friendly Ford because it is closest Ford dealership from my house..wanted to trade in the Raptor for a new Mustang Shelby GT350R.. As i pulled into the dealership i noticed a bunch of salesmen smoking right in front of the door...i thought to myself wow that's pretty unprofessional but I decided to go in anyway. .BIG MISTAKE...although there was a bunch of salesmen standing by the door smoking NOT ONCE did any of them even acknowledged my existence..i was completely ignored...I walk in and I walked right up to the reception desk and asked if there was somebody that can help me with sales...the receptionist then asked if I seen any salespeople when I came in? I said yes but I guess they're too busy "smoking" & bsin to help me...she was very nice & was apologetic & said she would get someone to help me right away..."salesman" approaches me and asked if i needed help AFTER THE FACT...i let him know that I wanted to trade in my Raptor for a Mustang Shelby GT350R..he then asked me why do you want to trade in your Raptor? Like I was crazy and stupid for wanting to do so...i told him that I wasn't a truck guy & would rather have a fast sports car....he then asked me why I had a truck if I wasn't a "truck" guy? I let him know that I inherited it from my late uncles estate...i found a GT350R that caught my eye...i asked him if I could take it for a test drive..he was very rude and said "oh we don't test drive these cars"..HUH?!?!? why not?!?he gave no explanation as to why...he just kept repeating we don't test drive these cars. I said that's the craziest thing I've ever heard of..i mean seriously I've bought a lot of cars & NOT ONCE was i turned down for a test drive..i mean how do expect to sell a car if you don't let the customer for a test drive?!? Whatever...then he asked me if I still owed on my Raptor..uhh no I just told you that I inherited it from my late uncles estate.. I noticed the sticker on the car for 62 grand & change...that wasn't a problem...telling me that the price was much higher than what the sticker says was a problem...i told him that's illegal because that's false advertising...he never had an answer...so I said thanks but no thanks...I'll take my business elsewhere...he didn't seem to care 1 bit so I walked...manager follows me all the way to my car he asked what could they do to earn my business...i said I gave you guys plenty of chances to earn my business and you failed every time..your salesman was very rude insulting & he lied then I drove off.. Sorry Friendly Ford it turns out that you guys aren't so "friendly"..i was a CASH paying customer that you lost...after this experience i will NEVER even CONSIDER buying a Ford again...i went over to Fairway Chevy & purchased a brand new Corvette Stingray & payed CASH...buyer beware..you have been warned..
