  • 5.0 star rating 1/6/16 James, the technician, came in response to what we believed was a cracked shower pan in a second floor shower. Another plumber had looked at it and said he could fix the problem for "only 800.00." James, after examining it, stated that it was not a crack, but a surface mark near the drain, and therefore was fine to use. After we looked closer, he was right, and we really appreciated his honesty. If we have another problem, we will have the number and name on file.
