  • We had a pest control company spraying in and around our house for over 9 years until he was bought by this company. When we reached our typical scheduled call (every 3 months), we received a call from HomeShield and setup a service call. The day came and they said they'd be at our home between 10a-2p. 2p rolled around and no one showed yet so we called the office. According to their records they didn't even have us on their schedule. WHAT?!?! We were even talking to the same person that we spoke with the first time and they insisted we didn't have anything on their schedule. Will not do business with this company.
