  • HORRIBLE customer service. I went in for a simple procedure; unfortunately the doctor (a physician's assistant) did not treat all the areas that needed treatment, missing a small spot, forcing me to return for a second visit and second treatment (which took all of 15 seconds). Despite explaining this to them at the time, I was still charged for the second treatment which should have been taken care of the first time, AND a second office visit. So they effectively charged me double what they should have. When I called to have the charge for the second treatment waived, the nurse actually accused me of lying, saying that the second spot appeared after the first treatment. So to recap, the doctor made a mistake, forcing me to return for a second treatment for the sole purpose of fixing said mistake, and I was still charged full price for that second treatment. And then I was accused of lying. While the treatment was effective and cleared up the issue, I would suggest staying away from this office unless you feel like receiving as many extra charges as they can burden you with.
