  • We used Queen of Maids (QOM) for the first time this past Saturday 8/15. Overall the experience was great. I would have gave them a 5 but they missed a few items in the house when dusting. The booking process is very easy and convenient. I had to change my initial appointment date and that was super easy as well. Love love love the flat rate. The girls showed up 30 mins early. They jumped right into cleaning and did a great job. They missed a few dusting items like a table in our great room but overall we were very happy. I received a call from QOM today to confirm my satisfaction! That was great. We'll use them again and hopefully I can upgrade them to 5 stars
