  • The office staff is so rude and unprofessional (especially Nancy the office manager) that the process of attempting to make a first appointment was a nightmare. I would not go to this office if he was the last doctor on the earth and deal with these people. Nancy actually lied about when he was available then hung up on me when I was trying to explain that I am chronically ill and that is why I needed an urgent appointment. I took my business elsewhere and filed complaints with my primary care doctor, insurance provider and the state board. Save yourself a headache and don't bother with this office staff.
