  • Although the food is delicious, I have never received a correct order from their drive through. I have eaten there at least 15 times and they never fail to leave out my croutons, they also often forget my chips, and I've learned not to bother adding a dessert. They won't remember it. At best they forget a side, at worst they will give you a completely different order. I love the Panera business model of serving quality food in a fast food setting, but this location has some serious mismanagement in the drive through.
