  • Boulder Highway is the place to be! Drive right past the Baskin Robbins, past the yogurt shops, past the custard. Drive past the cupcake shops too. Frost Bites Shavery will satisfy that sweet tooth of yours and for less calories than those other places that threaten your waistline! If you are watching your weight, counting your calories or just working hard to burn those calories: the snow cream here will not knock you off track. Just get the small size and DO NOT ADD Oreos. I repeat do not add Oreos. Those delicious devils will knock you off your diet. But not a small plain snow cream! It tastes very decadent because you can actually taste the flavor that you order. I tried the coffee, it was like an iced coffee. I ordered a beautiful large black sesame and green tea. I did add mochi, but it is ok, because it is not Oreo. The owner was really nice and came outside to the shaded seating area to chat with us while we enjoyed his delicious creations. The snow cream barely melted in the 100 degree heat! It effectively cooled us down and satisfied the sweet tooth that we both have. I can't wait to go back. I am wanting another one right now! Enjoy! The beautiful ribbons of cool and creamy snow cream.
