Shout out to Ruth Anderson from the men's fragrance department. I went in shopping for a new cologne and I was so indecisive on what to get - per usual.
Ruth's customer service was excellent, she was very patient with me and took the time to help me find the perfect cologne. All in all I spend about 45 mins inside looking around the counter and kept going in circles, she not once lost her patience with me and didn't stop searching around. On top of that she took the time to chat and get to know the customer which in my opinion is always nice because I feel more comfortable about the item I'm buying and helps build relationship. Definitely giving macys men's fragrance department a break and going back to Dillard's. - thanks Ruth.
