  • The staff are very nice and totally incompetent. I had a virtual office with them for a few years. That was until mail to my address was returned, other mail had been left sitting there for 3 months and I got a call to "remove the address from my website" despite being paid and a client for a few years. It took me a month to cancel the service I was not getting and yet after being canceled they charged my card and eventually sent me to collections. Totally nice and totally incompetent.
