  • Called and left a message twice. Once at 5pm on Wednesday and once at about 9am Thursday. I received no phone call back nor a voicemail message. Well, after I went back on Next Door, which is where I found the recent good recommendation for this company, and commented on the lack of communication, I receive a text message stating I was called back. The number texting me wasn't the main number and this is the only company that did not call me back. When I asked if this was Kimberly I received no response. The text also stated that they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Seriously?! The website says they're open those days from 9am-2pm! So glad things didn't work out with this company! At least say you're booked or update your website to say you're closed on weekends! I assume she felt like my job wasn't worth her time as I needed a one time move-out clean and somewhat last minute. My message to her had also mentioned I have a 3 month old, thanks for helping a new mom out. Sheesh. Good business practice is to follow up, even if it's to share that you can't provide a service.
