I'm highly dissatisfied with the service I was given tonight. We agreed on $13,700 (which we signed on paper) with the sales person helping us out. When we were all ready to do the paperwork the sales person came back and mentioned he couldn't go down anymore because it's already the lowest in the area . We mentioned to speak with the manager and a guy named Shawn Stittleburg showed up handing out his business cards (which we later found out was only the assistant manager.) We mentioned our problem and he replied confused as if he didn't know what was going on. We had to explain it thoroughly for him to understand that we had agreed on the $13,700. He said whom? We mentioned the sales people. He replied that he couldn't lower the value that he was already losing $1,000. He replied in a very rude manner and seemed angry to still be there (stuck at work.) He did not budge with the price but what bothered us most was how he treated us as customers. We were all set to pay and he did not seem to care one bit. I hope this guy gets sent some place with special training on how to improve his customer service skills. Stay away from this dealer. Look somewhere else!
