  • Ok! How is it that I can see 50 people working on a monday night walk the whole store with out even as much as a hello ? My wife and I are walking thru the store too look for a new bedroom set and some couches for our bedroom (yes, bed room and couches its a big bedroom ) I figure i will do some shopping for my waiting room at my business while I am there so we walk thru the bedding area 3 people walked by i mean i could touch them so close and not so much as even a hi or even eye contact? really i think ? hmm must be this new form of customer service I am not aware of as a business owner lol! so i right it off as to not ruin my wifes shopping trip that she now wants to buy a new bedroom set and couches but has now made her way to dining room tables and wants to get one of those as well as one for our kitchen and new bar stools figure why not will make someones night in commission if anyone ever says hello and i think well we have been here 45 mins and not one person so much as even knows we are in the store because at least 15 more employees wander past us with out even a hello! So I give up on getting help after all who am I to beg someone to take that much of my money! So we walk right back out and past several employees and not even one more word... so as we leave the "greeter" says thanks for shopping with us. Me being me I say couldn't shop with you if I wanted... not even one person said hello or a word to us but you... she chuckles and says have a great day ! really ? I ask my wife maybe it was the way we were dressed or maybe our age that made not one person in this store approach us to sell us anything! Here is my take to this.... i don't mind sales people when they are trained as such sales people but to not have one person offer to help in a store like this is upsetting and made me want to post this review thanks for telling my wife no cause if it wasnt for your staff i would of left spending a fortune! The Bison Family !
