  • Retarded. Ok my cc was not working due to lack of fund for deposit and they would not accoe tmy business card cause my boss name is on it. Whicj i fully understand.. I understand the stupid policy where name and card needsnto match blah blah blaj. And this stupid uneducated employees and manager told me to come back when i had fund. So i did. After ridong taxi 40 dollar to my work and 49 dollar back to airport. I walk in and budget employee tells me my card is not working and oned decline for the day they cannot use same card to make a deposit. 3 dumb bitch just told me to comeback after work for my car. So i waited to pass 12 to see if it works. And my card was not working and i already paid 200 for reservation on that point. After dealing with these dumb fuck i go to hertz and get my car in less than 5min with same damn card. Budget u guys are retarded and ive been using nudget for years due to low price and hook up i get from certain branch. But this clevland experience was liece of shit and u guys can have it Worst worst place ever do not get car here ever again. Yes they did try to give me suv for extra... nice try ur employees can even run the card right and cannot even provide the correct information to a customer Budget sucks go hertz. Plus price is similar they have way better customer service. Hertz even answer the phone. Fuck you budget wish had 0 star. This is to employees worked on may 1st morning.
