Disappointing stop this past weekend. I came into the store after browsing online and had an idea of what I wanted, just needed to locate it in the store to make sure. I found a console table that I loved and rug within 5-10 minutes. The store was busier since it was the weekend, but there were staff around, but here's where the experience got crumby. It took me about 15 minutes to get the attention of a staff member. I looped the store a few times, trying to make eye contact with anyone available. Either staff walked right past me without acknowledging my presence or were with a customer. No "I'll be right with yous" or "how are you doings." Was very frustrating and I finally got the attention of a guy who worked stock in the back and he thankfully helped me, although it didn't seem like he really was trained to help customers and couldn't answer some of my questions on shipping, etc. I appreciated his help and ended up with a console table, but I would really encourage the staff to work harder on making sure customers are attended to, not chatting amongst yourselves after you are finished with one guest, because it left a really sour taste.
