  • I went as a new customer and Ann did my hair. She did it nothing like what I showed her. Went in wanting highlight and low lights and the bleach bled onto other parts I had stripes. I left with brown ashy hair and wanted to cry. I didn't even want her to fix it since she didn't do it right the first time. I had to spend $230 elsewhere to get it fixed and it was perfect. They are very nice and I loved talking with Ann but my mother is a stylist in Ohio and I know what should and should not be done. They also fit me in at last minute but this was the worst experience.
