The room was great value. But
Saul was rude & confrontational. Apparently my booking was made incorrectly for 1 person. I booked 2 queen beds for 2 of us. I called at 10pm & spoke with Paris advising I would be very late checking in-wanting to be sure my room wasn't given away. I confirmed 2 adults. When we arrived & received only 1 key? We asked for another & Saul was abrupt,"The booking is for 1 person with 'an extra bed, therefore you get 1 key', If there are two adults, it's an additional $40". When we reviewed the booking it did indicate only 1 adult which was definitely a mistake. However we didn't appreciate his rude demeanor in response to our inquiry. This all occurred from behind a window so it was difficult to hear him. However Saul requested security to come to the office which was insulting. The way he was communicating the incorrect booking made it seem as though we had gotten 1 queen bed & a rollaway bed. This caused us alarm & stress. After we settled that we would just leave things as is, we walked away with 1 key. Tired & defeated, we began to walk away. We witnessed a possible customer pull up from a taxi, and he walked up to the window to ask if there were any rooms available. Saul waved his hand as though shoo-ing him away & said "No we don't " with a frown. This service altogether was a stressful experience. He should receive service training.
