  • I have to give mad props to John with Eco King. He made my carpets look like new again and I couldn't thank him enough. First and foremost, he called to confirm on appointment the day of, let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier, and was very thorough in explaining everything that was going to be done to me. I feel bad as I do not remember the name of his crew member, but they did a fantastic job on my carpets. I loved that I received text messages when he was on his way as well as once the job was complete. Like I said, very thorough. He also stated that if there were any problems to please contact him so that he could address them immediately to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. Thank you again for the wonderful customer service and for making sure my carpets are like new again.
