| - We had a wonderful meal last night, with our foodie friends, everyone for the most part, came away very happy and satisfied.
The only compliant was the lack of beverage knowledge and ingredients for speciality coffees.
But other then that service was great, company was excellent, food and presentation was fantastic.
My one friend did make a comment on the 98 dollar porterhouse us 3 men shared, that for that kind of price "he's had the meat trimmed better with no fats or gristle". I believe it was 32 Oz. But 5 to 7 Oz's of fat and bone.
And for the length of time they profess to hang their meat, it should have been more tender.
We really enjoyed the room and atmosphere, very vibrant and continuously moving. But not intrusive.
Overall a great small group dining experience(3 couples).
Definitely will be coming back to try some other, what appeared to be, wonderful dishes.
This east village, along the Bow and pathway, is a fantastic hidden gem, in my mind.
