  • They are a beautiful and very clean hotel! I love them. I went to sleep and broke out in hives (special requested and granted for special hypo allergenic room. I am leaving right now at 4:06 am because I can't even use the towels. I love the staff when I arrived but when I am having a current problem there is no one to be found. The overnight man putting the bills in the door, said he'd be with me. Did the entire hall and didn't even come see me and told me there is someone at the front desk, no one to be found ANYWHERE. Disappointing as I know they are awesome!
