  • Superb is what comes to my mind when I think of Desert Storage. We all know moving isn't easy -- I had to put my personal belongings in storage as my new home is being built near by. Desert Storage offers a free one day 17' truck with a ramp to use one time. Unfortunately the truck broke down and Catherine the office manager took the time out of her day to reach out to me letting me know that that had occurred. She compensated me by securing a 17' Uhaul truck with a ramp for two days courtesy of Desert Storage. I have never seen such understanding and care like this facility does. They went way above and beyond what I have seen from other storage facilities plus the property is immaculately clean! While moving in over the past weekend, Angie another employee at Desert Storage drove up in the golf cart to make sure everything was going smoothly with the move in. It was hot out that day and she knew it too and gave myself, wife and brother cold water bottles to help quench our thirst which it did, than you Angie! That was very sweet of her and Desert Storage. If you're looking for a place to temporarily store your belongings this is the place to do so, whether it's personal home furnishings or RV's, food trucks, boats, fifth wheels, etc, etc... this is the place! *Note, Pamela another employee was just as courteous with me during this process as well. Thank you Desert Storage and staff - you three are the difference and the owners should be very thankful to have you as employees!!
