rev:text	Update 11/7/17- I had my whole day planned, pick up kids, dentist then attend the Annual Lighting at Ethel M. But when I started my car, engine light was on... Booo!!! The price I pay for driving a pretty car. Went to Big O and looked for Ryan but he was off. Called the next day and told him what was happening and he said to bring the car and he'd look at it. I insisted on just changing the spark plugs instead of a full diagnostic and to save some money, I bought the spark plugs myself. He went above and beyond by answering my several phone calls while out buying it and even talking to the guy at the store I was at, just so I could purchase the best possible brand. When I came back, he truly worked with me so I could get my car fixed. Outstanding service Ryan, and to the guy that test drove my car. I wish I got his name, very knowledgeable. Have I mentioned that I love these guys? Well I do. Low tire pressure came on again this morning as I was leaving work. I have a run flat tire and it was only about 6am so I decided to go home and sleep first before bringing my car here since it's Sunday and they don't open till 9am. Got out of bed around noon and headed for Big O before they close at 4pm and there was only 1 car there and it looked like he was getting ready to leave. Parked my car in front and Aaron came out shortly followed by Ryan. They remembered me from the last time I was here and greeted me like an old friend! Who doesn't like that?? Anyways, I was in and out of there so quickly that I didn't even get the chance to check-in. Great service guys, keep up the good work!
