  • Great location, but the customer service can be lacking. I don't think I've ever waited less than ten minutes in line. Went to pick up a game yesterday while 2 employees were working, only one was helping customers, the other was stocking behind the register. I was ignored by the employee stocking for ten minutes, and when he turned around he was the manager. Disappointing, but still the only place I'll go to get my games.
