  • This is the closest paradise bakery to house and have been here many times. There are only a couple of the employees who are nice the rest are just there for a paycheck. It doesn't matter what time of day you go in or how many people are in line you will wait because the service is awful! There have been times I have been there and employees have just left their stations and none of their employees have a clue where they are. My son wanted a cookie cake for his birthday I called and spoke with a manager who confirmed what it was supposed to say and the colors. I arrived at the scheduled pick up time and the cake was not ready because they didn't know what to write on it. Are you kidding? When I am spending so much on a salad it should at least be full of lettuce but that is never the case. The blonde manager is a joke and can't control anything and never has a clue of what's going on. If the one at 67th Ave and the 101 wasn't so far I would go there. They are always nicer and on top of their game!
