| - If I could give no stars, I would have. If you care about your car AT ALL, do NOT bring it here! I bought my car in on Saturday morning, to have it looked at because it was overheating. I was told, it'd be a quick fix and they'd call when it was done. They gave me a call about 5 hours later, telling me that the overheating issue was resolved for $350, but now my check engine light was on and that they tried to test drive it around the lot and the light turned off but it seemed to be having problems accelerating but would snap out of it and seem fine. So, I came to pick it up. I live maybe 10 minutes away from this location and in that time my car was doing exactly what they told me had happened to them. I would stop at a light, have to push my foot ALL THE WAY DOWN on the accelerator to make it move at about 5mph then it would go back to normal after a few minutes. So I called them land explained, when I drove it into the lot, the ONLY problem I was having was the overheating. Now the car is barely driving! The man over the phone told me that what they had worked on was just above the O2 sensor and I had had issues with that before, so it could have possibly been something with that and to bring it back in. I had to work grave that night, so I told him I would test it out again tonight and if I was still having problems, I'd come. Lo and behold, I had the same issue, to the point where I felt like it wasn't safe to drive on the road and had to leave my car near a parking lot. So, in the morning, I called them and had them tow my car to their shop. I was told hours later, that my check engine light had BEEN on, even before bringing it in to them, and that all of our issues were our responsibility because they had told us before to fix the O2 sensor, so therefore it would cost us about $1200 and after all that work it wasn't even a guarantee that would fix the problem. We calmly explained to them that the check engine light was NOT on before we bought it in, and since their shop didn't deal with O2 sensors, we had that fixed at another place and also we mentioned that we were told the day before, by the man working on the car that what they were working on was right above our O2 sensor and that it might've caused an issue. We were told we were lying and wrong and it was completely our responsibility. We asked for our $350 back, for the previous work that had been done because it had caused such a big issue with the car and it was just flat out not working anymore, when we were just told "No." I would not recommend my worst enemy to come to this little shop of horrors. They do not care about you or your car. They will completely break it and put all the blame on you and not offer any kind of solution to fix the problem. I have never seen or heard of a place doing people so dirty. Please, for the love of God, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
