  • Extremely bad service. I had asked housekeeping twice to service our room but to no avail. This is the least that is expected of a 5 star hotel and Wynn fails. Everything is extra charge, no shuttles to the airport, no buffet passes or show tickets. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
