  • Elena Schwan is the most unprofessional person I have ever met and she is manager/owner of Fairmount Massage. My wife got me a groupon for the place and I made an appointment for Feb 6 2016. I called on the 5th to confirm the appointment the lady on the phone said they don't have one and asked me to reschedule for 2/20. Disappointing but I get it. Some times people lose appointments. Not a big deal. Then they called me on the 6th to tell me they are cancelling the appointment since I didn't come to it. After much argument they agreed to leave the appointment for the 20th. No apology or explanation offered for the mixup. The lady claimed it wasn't her yesterday when I called to confirm. Ok I believe her and we move on. I went for my massage on the 20th and I tried to bring this to the attention to the person who identified herself as the manager. She didn't want to listen to the issue. Instead keeps telling me so what's your problem? Aren't you are here now? Do you still want the massage? Very rude and unprofessional. Then she proceeds to Ask me where I am from and tells me she doesn't speak my language and walked out of the office. mind you i was talking in English & I can't remember the last time i had trouble communicating due to my Indian accent. After her return she refused to give me her name and flat out ignored me for the rest of the time. She picked up her stuff and left. There was another client leaving as I was getting set up. Even they were unhappy and arguing about something. I had already paid for the Groupon so was stuck taking the massage. The masseuse (bob) came a few mins later and he did a good job. But I would NEVER pay a single cent to come back here and be humiliated by this establishment.
