| - I've chosen only to give this location 2 stars because if the general large selection of products they have. Other then that, everyday, (and this is why a city the stature of Toronto desperately needs a nice Apple store up on Bloor St In Yorkville) , all day, this store is overcrowded, the sales people, although numerous are generally rude and indifferent - I've had this experience many many times. As well, the store smells like "teen spirit", from the sheer volume of teenagers that hang around it, playing with the devices. Overcrowding is such an issue that I will travel to Etobicoke to shop at that Apple store.
Also, may or may not apply to you or family, but the store desperately has any accommodations for those with Accessibility or mobility medical issues: no areas to park a wheelchair, no areas to sit comfortably with a cane or crutches, just flies in the face of anyone who had challenges in getting around and shopping in a retail space. There is no proper seating for those who need it because of an Accessibility issue, and makes it even that more unpleasant.
Not impressed and so so surprised that a city the size of Toronto does NOT have another clean, 2 floor nice corporate Apple store away from The Eaton Centre.
