This is one of the best places I've been to for personal group training. The boot camps don't even compare. The studios are super clean and organized. The facilities are tech savvy with the personal heart monitors, big screens to show you the workouts, and TV monitors to show you your progress. All of the trainers I've worked with at the Summerlin and Henderson locations are wonderful. They make the workouts fun and energetic. If you are the type that needs a little push, Roberto C. at Henderson is your man! The workouts integrate cardio, floor workouts, weights, rowers, and even boxing. The routines are different every day, so you don't get "bored" with your workout. They also provide a meal plan called Eat Like Your Trainer. If you want a fast track to losing weight in a healthy way and toning up at the same time, this is the place to be. I started seeing results within 2 weeks. Come in and try it free for a week.
