  • Please Do NOT shop Crickett. This store and company are a JOKE. Two weeks ago I went here with my father to pick out a new phone to replace the one he had that stopped working. Now let me add he has been a loyal cricket customer for over 10 years no missed payments tries not to complain and wastes his money on insurance that is good for nothing. So we are at crickett picking out a phone when the manager (only person working) suggests the alcatel one touch idol3 and tells us how this phone does great and customers love it it's durable and will make him very happy. Well here we are less then 2 weeks later and 3 days ago my dad's phone turned off and did not turn back on. When charging the light comes on but nothing happens it's a paperweight. My dad on his 37th wedding anniversary drives back to the store trying to fix the issue and this store tells my dad they can't fix it because they only fix things the first 6days and that its a common issue with this phone then sent him to Monroeville in a snow storm promising they could help. It took my dad and hour to get there. Monroeville couldn't help but added on this is a common issue with the phone and the phone is ridiculously fragile. So overall a few hours of driving, out a phone, no help, this location lied to my father and sold him junk and now he has to send his phone in and be out a phone another week. This is a horrible buisness.
