  • Had to cancel a appoint due to RICHIE over the phone trying to force me to purchase a higher priced oil change. Then when I told him what I usually get I just want a $ 20 oil change . He told me I know what you want but this isn't what your manual recommends and we have to go by the manual . I told him I will go to Tempe they will not have any trouble doing my oil change he told me good luck? Went to Autoplex location and they took care of me as usual even issued me a free oil change for next time. Do not go here I wouldn't recommend it they will probably lie and tell you things you don't need and run your bill up.
