  • DO NOT SHOP AT SAM'S CLUB in Gastonia. Stood in line to get in the store. Stood in line to check out. Standing in line to get out for 5 minutes and realized I was charged 2 times for one item. Been standing in line for another 15 Minutes to get customer service to refund the over charge. Now these people (for lack of foul language) are letting people come from the back of the line to get helped before everyone that has stood there all this time. This place is as organized as a box of broken glass. Can't wait until Costco opens in Gastonia!!!
