  • Mike no longer owns Careful Cleaners. He was the key to any customer service being provided. They send most of their laundry out though they can do some on-site (for an extra fee). The quality changes everytime they switch commercial companies. Used to get plastic stays over the top button to hold the collars but can't now. Collars end up with bad shape. They've lost or ruined 3 of my shirts in the course of a couple of years. I was told directly by an employee that I'd need to dry clean my dress shirts if I didn't want "ring around the collar" when I got them back. Significant price increase, besides I've always laundered dress shirts without issues. Friendliness varies and customer service is hit or miss.
