  • I was very excited to eat here last night as I had been wanting to for awhile now. The ambiance is very cute! Really exquisite yet simple decor. Outside, they have the cutest patio seating with lines of lights strung above overhead the tables. Unfortunately, there is a heatwave in Vegas so no one really wants to be out there in 117 degree weather, but I could imagine it being nice in beautiful weather. I was happy to sit on the cushioned couch inside complete with a couple plush pillows to lean back on. Our waiter was really nice and quite fashionable with his wrist accessories, but wasn't the best server I've had in my opinion. He informed us of all the ingredients coming from local farmers markets and from Pahrump. Everything is organic which I thought was awesome! Our bread selection was delicious and they brought out an interesting dish which I asked our busser what it was since I couldn't grasp what the flavors were. It turned out to be white bean purée with some fresh red chili peppers mixed in. Really yummy! My friend ordered Magic Hat beer and the waiter brought him a sample before bringing him a glass of it which was really cool. For our dinner appetizer we shared the steak tartare. I was very impressed with this dish. The mix of flavors with the papaya...FANTASTIC. I've never had anything quite like it before. For our entrees, we took the waiter's recommendation of one of their most popular dishes which is the baked scallops. I've had some pretty good scallops at various restaurants, but these just melt in your mouth! Highly recommend it. Some people may not find it filling to their senses however, just to warn you if you are a heavy eater. For my dish, I ordered the oven-baked free-range chicken that had mac and cheese mixed with pepper and kale topped with brocollini. Sooo good! The chicken skin was surprisingly crispy which I love and the meat itself was good, but not the most tender I've had. For dessert we opted for the warm bread pudding with honey and salt whipped cream. It's very good and quite filling so it's good to share between two people! Overall, I had a pleasant dinner here and was happy with my visit. I wouldn't mind coming back again.
