  • Any one dealing with this woman please use caution. Notice that there is not even one good or even half decent review for her. Also notice that under almost every bad review she replied claiming its a lie. But I'm sure everyone is just out to get her. She also says unfortunately you can't make everyone happy, well apparently, Michelle, you can't make anyone happy. Maybe that's due to your lack of respect for your tenants and the fact that you don't care what conditions they live in as long as you're making your money. I rented from her a few years ago there were a ton of problems with the house like the electrical problem. Light bulbs would burn out every month which is a fire danger. Could go on but the worst of it was the that she had us sign a new lease and then served us an eviction notice three weeks later claiming we weren't keeping the house up to standards. I have never been evicted before so didn't know my rights. However come to find out two weeks after signing the lease the owner had sold the house and the new owner wanted to charge more rent. Of course Michelle denied the house was sold but anyone can look this info up online. Karma sucks though cuz when they put the house up for rent for $200 more than I was paying it sat there for almost a year until they lowered the rent down to $100 less than I was paying. Of course Michelle will probably reply to this saying it is a lie as well but all you need to know about this horrible excuse for a human being is right here and the fact that not one person has anything good to say about her.
