  • Excellent experience! I had called Daryl a couple of times before having him come out, and he immediately relayed a wealth of information that helped me decide what actions to take, how to handle our insurance claim, and what the potential problems could be...all before there was any indication that there would be a job involved. When we did ask him to come out, he came the very next day, and put us at ease that the suspected problem was not actually a mold invasion. He explained his reasoning, recommended products for us to use, and told us what to look for in the future. Having successfully handled a mold problem with another company previously, I am pleased to say that Daryl was far more informative, responsive, and caring than the first company. I would not hesitate to call him for anything in the future, and would loved to have had that peace of mind the first time around.
