  • - $30 charge for getting our ready room one hour "early". - The elevators. Look at the pictures. - No fridge, no coffeemaker in our "FAB" room. - AC doesn't work. Housekeeping must have turned it off while we were out, because it wasn't like we left it, but it didn't matter anyway. Day 1: While I was checking in the woman called me "sir", realized I was a woman, and laughed. Rude. It is 8:30pm. I can hear a nearby vacuum. Why are the hallways being vacuumed right now? Day 2: Awoke to.. what even is that? A loading dock or something? Day 3: Resting in our room, the cable went out just long enough to miss a key point in the movie we were watching. There is a tray from room service in the hallway that has been there since 8am this morning, which is more than twelve hours. I can hear screaming, like someone getting beaten. We left the Do Not Disturb thing in the door, and it didn't look like it was ever ignored! We didn't see any roaches.
