| - So we are riding around the strip in the limo... Hunger started to strike.... We were thinking hey let's eat something nice... But not break the bank.
As usual we Yelped it hard... Saw this place, and Sakino had it book marked. Let's go.
Pulled up tough in the parking lot. Se parking lot as Monta and Zen. Zen is good.. So we're like ehhh, fail safe.
From the outside, lookin grim. Get inside, THIS place looks Great! Lovely decor, good mood lighting, very clean. Also, everyone inside is for real Japanese, which being from Japan, my wife feels more comfortable with. She's not racists, but she also ain't a fan of mobbin into a Japanese joint with all the servers being from Texas hehee... Anyways.
This place looked good. The food presentation was excellent. The taste was amazing! I had tonkatsu and it was to die for. Sakino had the highly recommended uni pasta! The recommendations weren't false. It was delicious. They served us warm rolls with our Mozzarella Caprese... Mmmm! We finished it off with a Okinawa sugar desert! Which jumped off the menu, since my wife is FROM Okinawa so we were like hell yea! Great job Nakamura! It almost got 5 stars as we know Nakamuras in Okinawa too, but the kanji indicated its the mainland (Japan) Nakamura... Still good though. Very very friendly and typical very polite servers! We even over heard the waitress talking to her waitress friend about Shingeki no kyojin hehehe, score. A strategically placed big screen vizio had Monday Night Football on at low volume so I could "not watch" (but really watch) the game without offending my dinner mates, in this case, my wife lol.

$70 TOTAL... I'm down with that. For sure with going back. For sure a recommendation to anyone looking for a truly unique and very well done fusion between traditional Japanese and Italian foods. NEVER would've guessed you could marry these too cuisines... But Nakamura did it, and sis it well! ?????????????tre bein!
