  • This is the third job I done with Ultimate Concrete. Overall I am very pleased with both the work and the customer service. Shannon and Doug were always very courteous and professional. Manny, the project manager seemed very knowledgable and was also very good to work with. I replaced my kool deck to match my patio (which Ultimate Concrete also did). It is virtually impossible to notice any difference between the two. Manny did a great job matching the color and texture. We had rain so my job (and I'm sure many others) got delayed. That was not really an issue with me but I do wish there was more communication as when we might expect men to show up etc. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say about Ultimate Concrete.
