I normally don't take the time to review when things go right since I tend to believe that is what is supposed to occur with any business. However, I wanted to write a review since we initially had an issue with the ignition switch and electrical after an install of a stereo and alarm but it was resolved by the manager to my amazement.
At first I thought we were going to have to battle it out to have Audio Express review and repair this issue since when we came in the car obviously started but when the install was done, it did not without having to put the car in neutral. Came at this with a readiness to pounce but to my amazement the Manager scheduled a review of the install in a few days so that he could have an electrician present since they at first indicated it could just be a faulty ignition switch. I began the rant about how that could have magically gone bad during the install all on its own and was meet by "you are right" but to be certain, lets us have that reviewed for you". When all was said and done, got a call to come get the car and it was fixed at no extra cost. I appreciate when an effort is made to do the right thing so I wanted to write this review to applaud the Manager for doing exactly that. I see a lot of bad reviews and wanted to at least note that in my case, it was handled professional and I was pleased by that. Can't speak to the other bad reviews but at least wanted to give a solid acknowledgement that either the company has improved in the last month in regards to their handling of any issues or could be I was just the lucky one - hope it is the later.
